Connect on Free first. Your AI tool has to be able to add a connector: Claude's free plan allows one, ChatGPT needs a paid plan with developer mode switched on, Cursor works on its free plan. Free costs nothing and proves the connector works in your tool — upgrade only once it does.
Cancel any time. You keep the plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and nothing is charged after that. All prices include UK VAT at 20%.

Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account page — no email, no phone call. On a monthly plan you keep the tier until the end of the month you've paid for and nothing is charged after that. On a yearly plan it runs to the end of the year you've paid for.
Monthly or yearly — what's the difference?
Nothing in what you get. Yearly is twelve months for the price of ten, paid once. Monthly is the same plan with no commitment beyond the current month.
What counts as a call?
A call is one tool call from your AI tool, or one API request. A typical planning conversation uses 20 to 30. Checking your account is free. MCP and API calls share one monthly allowance, which resets on the 1st.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
Calls stop until the 1st, and each one tells you so. Upgrading raises the limit immediately — you don't have to wait for the reset.
Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT plan?
The connector runs inside your AI tool, so it depends on that tool's rules, not ours. Claude: the free plan allows one custom connector; Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise allow several. ChatGPT: custom connectors need a paid plan with developer mode switched on. Cursor: MCP servers work on the free plan. Claude Code: needs a Claude subscription or API credit. Our Free tier exists partly so you can check all this before paying us anything: connect, ask a question, and upgrade only if it works for you. The REST API needs no AI tool at all.
Do I need a card for Free?
No. Sign in — with a password, a passkey or a link — and every tool is there to try in your AI tool of choice. Locked tools tell you what they found and what the next tier adds.
Is the website changing?
No. Everything on allpaintcolours.co.uk stays free. Plans are for structured access inside AI tools and software: an assistant running over the whole price database can do analysis no web page can.
Can I use the data commercially?
Pro includes displaying results inside your own customer-facing products. Bulk redistribution or republishing the dataset isn't allowed on any tier. See the terms.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices include UK VAT at 20%. The price you see is the price you pay; your receipt shows the VAT amount. Plans are sold by Sulis Minerva LLP, VAT number 471 5544 84.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. We never see your card details. Receipts arrive by email, and you can change plan, update your card or cancel from your account page.
